These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PestVyapar products and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration and profile information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access controls.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

2. Service Description

PestVyapar provides operational software features including CRM, scheduling, contract management, invoicing, reporting, and optional third-party integrations.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Do not interfere with service operation, security, or availability.

4. Google Integration Terms

• If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to access and manage calendar events required for enabled sync features.
• You may revoke Google access at any time via your Google account permissions or by disconnecting from within PestVyapar settings.
• Use of Google APIs and data is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

5. Customer Data

• You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services.
• You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have legal rights to upload and process the data you provide.

6. Fees and Billing

If your plan includes paid features, fees, billing cycles, and payment obligations will be described in your commercial agreement, invoice, or order details.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, and documentation, remain with PestVyapar and its licensors, except for your data.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security risks, or non-payment, where applicable.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PestVyapar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PestVyapar from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
